Pairing the Oticon Medical Streamer with a cell phone

Before the Oticon Medical Streamer can be used with a cell phone, the two devices have to be paired.

  1. Put the Oticon Medical Streamer in pairing mode
    Press and hold the on/off button for approx. 5 seconds until the indicator on the top of the Oticon Medical Streamer blinks blue. The Oticon Medical Streamer is now in pairing mode for 2 minutes.
  2. Put the cell phone in pairing mode
    This is typically done in a set-up menu on your phone. We advise you to look in your cell phone’s “Instructions for Use” booklet; e.g. under “pairing”. 
  3. The cell phone will often request a PIN code
    The PIN code for Oticon Medical Streamer is 0000 (four zeros) 
  4. Once paired, the mobile phone will typically show a head-set icon; at the same time the pairing indicator on the top of Oticon Medical Streamer will be steady blue.
