Cellphones compatibility issues

Known compatibility issues

Oticon regularly test the latest and most popular cell phones. As some cell phones unfortunately aren’t fully compatible with the ConnectLine system, upgrading the cell phones firmware can sometimes solve some issues.

This is an overview of tested phones and firmware versions.

Please note that even though a cell phone isn’t recommended, it will often work fine if the Oticon Medical Streamer is used only with the cell phone. However, using a full-scale ConnectLine system with a Oticon Medical Streamer and several other devices might be a problem.
