Getting started

What do I need to do?

If you have the Oticon Medical Streamer, you can start using the ConnectLine App straight away with iPhone®, iPad®, iPod® touch and Android™ smartphones and tablets. Oticon Medical Streamers have a serial number with the last two letters “A3” marked on the bottom and “Oticon Medical” written on the back cover.

If you have the previous version (Ponto Streamer), it can still be used with Android smartphones and tablets using the ConnectLine App. However, you will need to upgrade it with new firmware. The Ponto Streamer doesn’t have a serial number on the bottom, but it has “Oticon Medical” written on the back cover. If you have this version, please contact your local Oticon Medical office for information on this upgrade.

The Oticon Medical Streamer and the Ponto Streamer work with Ponto Plus and Ponto 3 sound processors.
