By registering your bone anchored hearing system, you will create an account with us that stores your contact and warranty information. This is vital to making sure you receive important, relevant news and updates about our products and services, and for keeping track of when your warranty expires.
Once you have registered, we can provide you with personalized support from our Customer Service team, improve our ability to process your repair or replacement requests, and process your orders for accessories.
NOTE: The serial number for your hearing processor is stamped on or near the battery door. Please do NOT include the "2#." at the front of the number--only the digits that follow the period or space.
