ConnectLine App for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android devices

If you use the Oticon Medical Streamer to send different audio sources into your sound processor, you can control this with the ConnectLine App.

Intuitive and discreet control
Different audio sources like phone calls, music, video chats, TV and live performances can be streamed into your sound processor via the Oticon Medical Streamer. Now all this can be controlled with the ConnectLine App for iPhone®, IPad®, iPod touch® and Android™ smartphones and tablets.

Simple to use, the ConnectLine App lets you adjust the volume, change programs on your sound processor and switch between the sound sources discreetly and easily.

For example, if you’re watching a TV program with others, you can use the ConnectLine App to adjust the volume settings to your individual level. This means you can enjoy television at the right volume level for you without it affecting the volume level for others in the room.

When you want to switch between input sources, for example television, music player or phone, you can use the ConnectLine App to swipe between devices until you find the right one. You can also customize settings from your smartphone or tablet.

The ConnectLine App can be downloaded free of charge on App Store and on Google Play™.

Getting started

What do I need to do?
If you have the Oticon Medical Streamer, you can start using the ConnectLine App straight away with iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android smartphones and tablets. Oticon Medical Streamers have a serial number with the last two letters A3 marked on the bottom and have Oticon Medical written on the back cover.

If you have the previous version called Ponto Streamer, it can still be used with Android smartphones and tablets using the ConnectLine App. However, it will need to be upgraded with new firmware. The Ponto Streamer doesn’t have the serial number on the bottom but has Oticon Medical written on the back cover. If you have this version, please contact your local Oticon Medical office for information about this upgrade.

The Oticon Medical Streamer and the Ponto Streamer work with the Ponto Plus and Ponto Plus Power sound processors.
